The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, brand compliance, and financial performance. This role works closely with department heads to drive service excellence, team engagement, and profitability across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational departments to ensure smooth and effective hotel operations.
• Oversee and support:
• Food & Beverage Operations
• Spa Operations
• Fitness & Recreation
• Security
• Ensure consistent delivery of guest service standards and achievement of guest satisfaction targets.
• Monitor operational KPIs, departmental budgets, productivity, and cost controls.
• Drive revenue opportunities while maintaining quality and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local legal requirements.
• Work closely with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies and improvement plans.
• Handle guest concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives within operational departments.
