Product Analyst (Hybrid)

Work Set-up: Hybrid - 1 day WFH

The Product Analyst is responsible for the development, evaluation, and maintenance of data-driven insights on product strategy and performance. As a product analyst, you are expected to proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation through data analysis, collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and ensure analytical accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst, preferably in a lending/fintech environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insight
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python / R, and at least one business intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Ability to deliver clear and impactful data presentations
• High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and product performance data to generate insights and support decision-making
• Identify trends and patterns for product and process improvements
• Create, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards
• Collaborate and provide analytical support to data, risk, and engineering teams in strategy deployments
• Monitor product updates and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Stay up to date with business analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends
