Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Senior Finance Analyst - Aftersales Variable Marketing

to join our Finance Team in our Szentendre office.

As a Finance Analyst – Aftersales Variable Marketing you’ll be a key Finance Business Partner to the Sales and Finance teams, helping manage and control Variable Marketing (VM) costs, payments, forecasts and reserves.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Financial planning & reporting: Coordinate VM actuals, forecasts, budget analysis and month-end reporting.
• -
• Business partnering: Work closely with National Sales Companies (NSCs), Sales Planning & Analysis, Marketing & Sales and central VM teams.
• -
• VM program management: Review VM programs, calculate margins, monitor payments vs. costs and support program setup.
• -
• Accounting & controls: Manage VM accruals and deferred revenue, perform account reconciliations and support financial controls.
• -
• Cash flow & reserves: Prepare VM cash-flow forecasts and support reserve reporting, risk management and audits.
• -
• Governance & compliance: Support internal controls, external audit requests and maintain VM guidelines and training materials.
• -
• Annual planning: Support the annual Variable Marketing Budget and Business Plan process.
• -
• Management support: Consolidate VM financials and prepare reporting materials for senior Sales & Finance management.
• Are we looking for you? Yes, if...
• -
• You have a University degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• -
• You have 3+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• -
• You have solid knowledge of accounting principles, including accruals, deferred revenue, P&L and Balance Sheet.
• -
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• -
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders across different teams and markets.
• -
• You are a proactive, result-oriented self-starter with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• -
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Query.
• -
• You have experience with SAP S/4HANA; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• -
• You enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.
