Your Role at Cabot

Take charge of Cabot Treasury Center's bank payments, fund transfers, and bank account reconciliations and EMEA cash pool entity. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports promptly and address any queries that arise. Manage communication with banks and actively contribute to project implementations across the EMEA & NA region. How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute domestic and international fund transfers and bank payments.
• Prepare bank account reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries for bank transactions.
• Responsibility over EMEA cash pool entity related transactions and month end closings.
• Support colleagues on treasury related topics for EMEA and NA
• Performs other duties and job tasks according to employer’s written and verbal orders.

What You Will Bring to Cabot

• University degree in accounting, finance or similar discipline or can be a student able to work full time.
• 1+ year of professional experience in accounting, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable field.
• Familiarity with general ledger, financial reports and analysis will be considered as an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer and team-oriented mindset.
• Practical experience with ERP will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong organizational, self-time management, and prioritization skills.
• Resilience and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.

Additional Information

• Salary:1650 - 2250 EUR Gross depending on experience.
• Permanent contract.
• Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30.

• Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).
