Position Overview

As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be the industry and solution expert both technical and functional. You will work with the SECUTIX sales and product team to present the SECUTIX solution to the market.

Your primary responsibility will be supporting the sales team by developing and delivering compelling and engaging presentations and software demonstrations to clearly articulate SECUTIX product’s strengths, benefits, competitive advantages, and overall value to prospective clients and the market. This role requires discovering the key requirements of a customer, then configuring and presenting SECUTIX software solutions.

Our Senior Sales Consultants are seen as industry and solution experts. You also will be involved in educating our internal and external customers on our products and applications through presentations, storytelling and demonstrations.

Location & Travel

This position is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and requires the candidate to live and work within commuting distance of our South Florida office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Travel: Up to 40% for client visits, industry trade shows (INTIX, TLCA, Sports Business Journal Summit, IAAPA), and internal company meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand market and customer requirements by researching and asking customers about the challenges and successes with their current solutions. The most valuable skill is translating the challenges and pains of the customer and then link them to a set of features provided by SECUTIX that provides confidence to solve them and deliver benefits and value.
  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the SECUTIX ticketing and event management solution.
  • Responds to RFI’s and RFP’s with proposals with respect to the SECUTIX solution.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at our prospects as a trusted advisor and expert.
  • Provide input to, and gather insight from, other cross-functional departments pertaining to market requirements and product enhancements.
  • Actively maintain in-depth functional SECUTIX product knowledge and live entertainment, sports, arts, and attractions industry trends & technologies:
  • Understanding of advanced technologies like AI, ML, Blockchain, etc.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant competitive ticketing products and technologies
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of SECUTIX applications to all levels including line of business end users, managers, and "C" level executives.
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within internal sales force automation system.

Required Qualifications

  • Five to 10 years live entertainment, sports, cultural arts, and attractions industry experience.
  • Five to 10 years sales experience preferred; vendor or existing rightsholder experience also preferred.
  • Expert level knowledge of ticketing sales, marketing, and analytics systems.
  • Knowledge of SECUTIX applications preferred.
  • Knowledge of software and technology systems preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: storytelling, needs analysis, value positioning, business justification, closing techniques, presentation skills.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments.
  • Preferred college degree in business or engineering
