<p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Role:</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Atlas Energy Solutions is looking for a <strong>Senior Technical Recruiter</strong> who knows how to go find talent, not just manage applicants. This role will support hiring across our growing Power and Operations teams, with a focus on technical, skilled trades, field, and professional roles. We need someone who is comfortable sourcing hard-to-find talent, building pipelines from scratch, and partnering directly with hiring leaders in a fast-moving environment.</span></p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You'll Do:</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, industry networks, and creative sourcing strategies</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build talent pipelines for technical, skilled trades, field operations, and professional roles</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the business, technical requirements, and talent market</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop sourcing strategies for difficult or niche searches rather than relying solely on inbound applicants</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Screen and assess candidates for experience, technical alignment, and overall fit for the role</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage multiple searches and priorities while keeping candidates and hiring managers moving</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, competition, and sourcing challenges</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support recruiting events, trade schools, military recruiting, and other targeted talent initiatives</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the ATS</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through hire</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Requirements:</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong hands-on sourcing experience</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience recruiting within energy, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or a similar technical environment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/search skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience recruiting technical, skilled trades, operations, engineering, or other difficult-to-fill roles</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with an ATS and recruiting technology</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Agency recruiting experience is a plus, but not required</span></li>
