About The Role

- Guide PAN India chef team and establish governance mechanism for entire culinary department.
- -
- Support sales to build strong relations with customers (Bakeries, Restaurants, Hotels & Cafes) & to support business growth and profit maximalization.
- -
- Effectively coordinate with production, quality, and R&D Team to resolve customer complaints with respect to product quality.
- -
- Assess training needs and organise training for sales & culinary both.
- -
- Guide team on new technical culinary advancement for striving towards continuous improvements in efforts deployed in service of end-users / customer.
- -
- Service top key accounts personally and establish a direct line of contact with all the decision makers at end-users/customer place.
- -
- Proactively keep track of competition through surveillance, team training and market interventions.
- Development of new and innovative recipes and application ideas for all existing and new products.
