About The Role

Closely work with courier company, clinics and head office on the courier service arrangement, such as daily operation, support regular review meetings, review of any courier incidents and assist in maintaining and updating related SOP, etc.
Handle queries, complaints and incidents.
Coordinate printing-related services for offices and clinics, including vendor management, stock control, distribution arrangements and signage requirements.
Support record management and shredding service
Support stationery ordering for clinics and office
Support the review of monthly invoice with both vendors, HKHS office & clinics & invoice submission to Finance Department.
Coordinate the annual review of document storage with relevant parties.
Provide support to new staff and junior staffs in both HKI and HS
Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
2 years job experience in office admin is preferrable
Knowledge in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required.
