• 84 Months Demonstrated work experience managing complex IT projects including all project phases: project origination, initiation, planning, execution and monitoring, and closeout.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMI) A copy of the certification must be include with the Candidate response form.
• 84 Months Demonstrated experience with Business Requirement documentation development using Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and Visio. (i.e. business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, screen designs).
• 48 Months Demonstrated work experience implementing projects using Agile framework, experience with implementing Agile and software development life cycle.
• Scrum Master Certification A copy of the certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
• 48 Months Demonstrated work experience with software quality assurance using unit and regression testing on Dev/QA/Prod platforms.
• 48 Months Demonstrated work experience working in the Public Sector on projects utilizing sensitive data, within the Health Care industry where HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI) regulations exist.
• 24 Months Demonstrated work experience configuring and managing Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Share Point Team sites.
