About The Role
Job Summary
Are you passionate about food and beverage innovation and enjoy working in a hands-on laboratory environment? As a Beverage Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our Beverage Design Team by preparing beverage prototypes, maintaining laboratory operations, conducting analytical testing, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the development of innovative beverage solutions while working alongside experienced beverage specialists.
Where You'll Make a Difference
- Prepare beverage samples, prototypes, and formulations to support product development projects.
- Assist Beverage Designers with prototype preparation, testing activities, and project execution.
- Maintain laboratory equipment through cleaning, calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Conduct basic analytical measurements and support product stability evaluations.
- Organize laboratory materials, manage inventory, and ensure efficient lab operations.
- Prepare samples for customer presentations, internal tastings, and stability studies.
- Accurately document formulations, test results, observations, and laboratory records.
- Support compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and good laboratory practices.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Associate Degree, Vocational School Degree, or equivalent qualification in Food Technology or a related technical discipline.
- Up to 3 years of experience in food, beverage, flavor, ingredient, or laboratory environments.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and analytical testing methods.
- Ability to accurately follow formulations, procedures, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
How Would You Stand Out?
- Previous experience in beverage development or beverage manufacturing.
- Familiarity with food safety, quality management systems, and laboratory best practices.
- Basic English communication skills and experience working in an international environment.
