Role: Business Analyst (Private Banking System)
Job Description

4 to 6 years relevant work experience in Financial institutions preferred but not mandatory
Business Analysis experience with a leading consulting firm within financial services with prior testing experience would be advantageous
Strong analytical skills, numerically competent
Business analysis and functional specification design experience
System implementation/ projects and testing experience
Understand data flows and business processes
Software experience in Odyssey Triple A+/ Temenos Connect (or similar Portfolio Management System) is advantageous
Direct experience and understanding of Private Banking/Wealth Management business, products, asset classes, and front office/back office operations is preferred
Experience with Principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of the testing process. Understanding of the test life cycle and defect management process.
Experience in execution of tests throughout the lifecycle of development projects
Communication, influencing and relationship-building, at all levels - Experience in working directly with Application Development Lead, Project Managers in IT as well as business users.
Familiar with Unix environment and scripting preferred
Experience in Sybase SQL preferred
Experience in supporting End of Day Batch programs using Control-M tools
Experience in vendor and contractor management
