Here's what you'll do during a typical day

  • Manage billing and invoicing: Review daily GC&E charges, complete charge sheets, prepare and issue Group, Meeting & Event invoices, and ensure all billing is accurate and compliant with Hilton policies.
  • Process payments and reconciliations: Allocate incoming payments, reconcile deposits, process direct bills, and maintain accurate financial records across OnQ PM, Delphi FDC, and related systems.
  • Administer financial documentation: Upload completed billing documentation to DMS, update invoice details, produce summary invoices, and ensure all supporting paperwork is correctly maintained.
  • Handle adjustments and commissions: Process rebates, refunds, credit notes, VAT corrections, and commission payments while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support supplier and client accounts: Manage supplier onboarding requests, process commission invoices, and coordinate cross-charging activities between Hilton properties.
  • Resolve billing queries: Respond to client and stakeholder enquiries, investigate account discrepancies, and provide timely, professional resolutions to billing-related issues.
  • Collaborate with finance teams: Communicate regularly with central and off-site finance teams regarding outstanding balances, refunds, system updates, and credit management activities.
  • Monitor financial accuracy: Review financial transactions, maintain detailed records, and ensure all revenue and billing activities are processed accurately and on time.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Confident communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to interpret and apply financial policies and procedures.
  • Experience working collaboratively with clients, finance teams, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of hotel finance, billing, group/event operations, or Hilton systems such as OnQ PM, Delphi FDC, and DMS would be advantageous.
