<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Seneca Federal Health</strong> is seeking an accomplished <strong>Senior Financial Analyst</strong> to support our U.S. Government client's mission by leveraging <strong>Tableau, Power BI</strong>, and advanced analytical techniques to develop decision-ready, audit-ready financial reporting products, reconciliations, dashboards, and management insights. The successful candidate will combine strong financial management knowledge with data analytics expertise to support reporting, reconciliation, audit response, and leadership decision-making activities.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This position requires a proactive professional who can translate financial management requirements into meaningful reporting solutions, analyze complex datasets, identify trends and exceptions, and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience using Tableau and Power BI to support financial analysis and reporting while maintaining a strong understanding of financial operations, reconciliation processes, and audit readiness requirements.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Support Financial Management Operations:</strong> Analyze financial data, reporting requirements, business processes, and operational performance metrics to support client leadership decision-making and organizational objectives.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Develop Financial Reporting Solutions:</strong> Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations that provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial and operational information.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Perform Financial Analysis and Reconciliation:</strong> Conduct financial analyses, reconciliations, variance analyses, and data validation activities to support reporting accuracy and financial decision-making.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Support Audit Readiness Activities:</strong> Analyze financial data and supporting documentation to assist audit response efforts, financial data validation, internal control initiatives, and reporting accuracy improvements.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Transform Data into Actionable Insights:</strong> Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities within financial and operational datasets and provide meaningful recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Develop and Maintain Reporting Datasets:</strong> Extract, cleanse, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to support recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Manage and Mentor Analysts:</strong> Provide guidance, coaching, quality review, and workload management support to analysts supporting financial reporting and analytical initiatives.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Basic Qualifications:</u></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust investigation.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience supporting financial analysis, financial reporting, reconciliation, budget execution, audit support, business intelligence, data analytics, or related financial management functions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience developing, designing, maintaining, and supporting Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, datasets, and visualizations.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting complex financial or business operations through the analysis, validation, and reporting of financial and operational data.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience translating financial, accounting, reconciliation, or business requirements into dashboards, reports, analytical products, or decision-support tools.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience extracting, cleansing, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business productivity tools.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience leading projects, mentoring junior staff, or coordinating analytical activities across multiple stakeholder groups.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with data visualization, data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, business intelligence tools, or advanced reporting capabilities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.</span></li>
