• Min 2 years’ experience in the current role
• No Warning Letter issued in the past 6 months
• Mandatory E-learning courses certified wherever applicable
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound customer interactions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality assurance strategies and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their performance.
• Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
