Conference and Banqueting - Full Time

Reports to: Food & Beverage Director

Shifts: Full-time hours including evenings and weekends

The Opportunity

If you love giving great customer service and want to work as part of a dynamic team where no two days are the same, then this is the opportunity for you. You will serve food and drinks at weddings, corporate conferences and many other events where our guests expect the highest standard of delivery.

We want to bring a passionate individual with a drive to learn into our team, to support them in the next steps of their career. This opportunity will allow you to grow your skillset, find your strengths and your areas for development which we can work with you on!

Please note that applicants must be 18 or over due to the handling of alcohol.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up dining spaces for various services, including weddings and afternoon teas

• Clear dining spaces promptly and efficiently after service

Candidate Profile

• Proven customer service skills
• -
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive
• -
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• -
• Previous experience in banqueting and/or catering is essential (Minimum of 3 years)

• Professional and hygienic personal presentation.
• -
• Hold a full UK driving licence with your own vehicle to commute as we do not have public transport links
