About The Role
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>-Manage full-cycle domestic trucking operations, including FTL and LTL shipments, from load planning through final delivery and settlement.<br>-Coordinate with warehouses and customers to ensure accurate freight pickup, delivery scheduling, and dock appointments.<br>-Secure and manage carrier capacity, negotiate competitive rates, and monitor service performance to meet operational KPIs.<br>-Track and oversee transportation schedules, proactively addressing delays, service disruptions, or accessorial issues.<br>-Prepare, review, and verify transportation documentation (BOL, rate confirmations, invoices, delivery receipts) to ensure compliance and accuracy.<br>-Oversee billing processes, including issuing customer invoices (A/R), auditing carrier invoices (A/P), and resolving discrepancies.<br>-Monitor shipment-level profitability and analyze margins to ensure cost control and performance targets are achieved.<br>-Maintain accurate shipment and financial records within TMS/ERP systems, ensuring timely load closure and reporting.<br>-Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery, damage, shortage, or claim-related issues efficiently.<br>-Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen carrier partnerships.<span data-teams="true"> </span></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #262626; font-family: Untitled Sans, sans-serif;">-1~5 years of hands-on logistics operations experience (freight forwarding, carrier management, shipment planning, tracking).<br></span>-Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.<br><span style="color: #262626; font-family: Untitled Sans, sans-serif;">-</span><span style="color: #262626; font-family: Untitled Sans, sans-serif;">Proficiency with logistics systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and basic reporting tools.<br></span><span style="color: #262626; font-family: Untitled Sans, sans-serif;">-</span><span style="color: #262626; font-family: Untitled Sans, sans-serif;">Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.</span></p>
