About The Role
Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client situé sur Besançon spécialisé dans la production de gâteaux moelleux reconnus mondialement.Sous la responsabilité de votre manager de ligne et sur des horaires en 3x8 ( 5h-12h25/ 12h25-20h/ 20h-5h) vous aurez pour tâche:
- Piloter la fabrication des prémix et des mélanges
- Suivre une recette
- Installer les globines ( cuves en inox) sur les tables vibrantes ou au stockage
- Participer aux changements de recettes grâce aux check-lists
- Effectuer les bons de commande pour l'approvisionnement des matières premières
- Participer à la formation des nouveaux entrants
- Effectuer les autocontrôles et les renseigner informatiquement
- Alerter en cas de problème
- Réaliser la traçabilité des produits
- Zone ATEX
