About The Role
Vos missions :
Maîtriser les différents types de pains (traditionnel, levain, brioche, etc.) et leurs méthodes de fabrication.
Prélever, peser et doser les matières ou produits (ingrédients, colorants, grains, etc.) sur les balances, trémies peseuses, etc.
Défourner des pains et viennoiseries.
Pétrir manuellement ou mécaniquement des pâtes.
Vérifier les stocks de matières premières.
Entretenir un équipement, une machine, une installation.
