About the Role

As the Hospitality Coordinator, you will implement Bolton Clarke’s Dining and Catering Framework, ensuring residents’ dietary needs and preferences are met. You will lead the hospitality team, manage dining services, budget efficiently, collaborate with stakeholders, and gather resident feedback to improve services. You will oversee stock management, minimise waste, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include

• Implements Bolton Clarke’s Dining and Catering Framework, and ensures all residents' individual tastes, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs are met.
• Adapts menu options to accommodate diverse resident profiles, including special dietary requirements, and ensures the successful application of the Dining Dementia Framework.
• Conducts regular food committee and focus group meetings with residents and families, gathering feedback to continuously improve menu offerings and ensure high satisfaction levels with dining and housekeeping services.
• Facilitates the dining and housekeeping services budget effectively, ensures resourceful use to provide high-quality meals, and maintains cost sustainability by minimising food wastage.

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have

• Diploma degree preferred; Hospitality Management is preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
• Minimal experience in Dining and Housekeeping within the Aged care or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is prescribed.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is preferred.
• Proficient in Food Safety & Compliance, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Menu Planning and Housekeeping skills.
• Excellent Communication, Customer Experience and Cross-Functional Team Working skills.
