Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time-management abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Update client and caregiver schedules, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
  • Enter and update information in databases and computer systems.
  • Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and general office organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when needed.
  • Assist with data entry, printing, mailing and other administrative tasks.
  • Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
  • Support managers, office staff and field staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, or similar software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
