About The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Information Systems, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Licensure / Certification

  • None required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of real estate business data tools, systems, and interfaces.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare leases, purchases, and sales.
  • Knowledge of healthcare real estate legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in property management, lease accounting, and lease administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of real estate construction and project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

Preferred Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Information Systems, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Licensure / Certification

  • State-specific Real Estate Broker’s License.

Experience

  • Experience building and managing real estate databases, tools, and system interfaces.
  • Experience managing major real estate transactions.
  • Exceptional negotiation experience.
  • Strong legal knowledge related to healthcare real estate.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of REIT and landlord structures, objectives, and negotiation strategies.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Standard office environment with prolonged computer use.
  • Site visits and driving required.
  • Some travel required.
