AI Change Management Specialist

The FinOps AI OCM sits at the intersection of FinOps, AI engineering, technical coaching, and organizational change. In this role, you will be responsible for modernizing our FinOps practices by empowering the team with modern AI capabilities, driving key strategic training initiatives, and managing the organizational transition to AI-assisted governance.

What you'll do

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• AI Training & Enablement: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive AI training programs, curricula, and resource hubs tailored to the FinOps team to accelerate AI tool adoption.
• Conducting and coordinating the activities required in the change management plan, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communication, training,delivering presentations, readiness tracking, knowledge transfer and various forms of learning and education.
• Providing advice and support to the project team on advancing project outcomes and supporting executive leadership in their role as change champions.

What experience you need

• AI & Technical Expertise: Delivered 5+ functional custom agent/LLM solutions applying Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, custom agents) to technical or financial data; proficiency in scripting and working with CLI tools.
• Instructional & Coaching Ability: Authored 2+ training modules and led workshops creating technical training materials, leading workshops, and mentoring non-technical team members on new technologies.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong capability to bridge technical engineering concepts with non-technical audiences.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Experience in synthesizing complex project data into actionable status reports for diverse audiences, including senior leadership, and maintaining transparent, proactive communication channels.
