What you'll do as a Disbursements Financial Analyst: Field incoming questions and resolve issues from internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person. Ensure accuracy and compliance by performing daily check audits. Process check replacement requests Dig into the details to research and resolve issues with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments. Communicate with stakeholders to keep payments running smoothly. Tackle a variety of administrative tasks, including supporting the Finder garnishment program.
