Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

<h3>About the Client  </h3>
<p>Global IT distributor and solutions aggregator that connects technology vendors with resellers and system integrators. The company provides a broad portfolio of hardware, software, cloud solutions, and services, helping partners design, deploy, and manage IT solutions for their customers. </p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage and maintain CI/CD processes across Kubernetes and local VM-based environments</li>
<li>Develop and support build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps</li>
<li>Manage Kubernetes deployments using ArgoCD and GitOps practices</li>
<li>Perform regular security updates, patching, and maintenance activities across supported environments</li>
<li>Participate in the software release process, including preparation, deployment, validation, and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Work with Azure Cloud infrastructure and related services</li>
<li>Automate infrastructure configuration and operational tasks using Ansible</li>
<li>Develop automation and operational scripts using Bash and Python</li>
<li>Create and maintain infrastructure and deployment configuration in YAML</li>
<li>Monitor application and infrastructure health using Dynatrace</li>
<li>Troubleshoot CI/CD, deployment, infrastructure, container, and environment-related issues</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, etc.)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes), with hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD/GitOps</li>
<li>Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation</li>
<li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and configuration management (Ansible)</li>
<li>Deep understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles</li>
<li>Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Azure Monitor and Dynatrace</li>
<li>Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar), with good knowledge of YAML</li>
<li>Good understanding of Linux environments</li>
<li>AI-Driven Development: Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or alternatives)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to have </h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps pipelines</li>
<li>Experience implementing DevSecOps practices</li>
<li>Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies.</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li>
<li>Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or similar) </li>
</ul>
