Asset Management Specialist

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

This is a role with mixed responsibilities.

• 1.Fulfill loaner orders on time delivering and receiving in APAC or global region:
• Collaborate with customer operation, sales team and global service support team for order progress.
• Perform and complete physical and system in a timely manner.
• 2. Efficiently manage NI assets in Korea loaner pool.
• Maintain Korea loaners assets from time to time.
• Manage Korea loaner’s overdue and lost/scrap activities per needs.
• 3. Handle FIS tasks, include product assembly, testing, and packaging.
• 4. Support occasional tasks: eg laptops and software preparation for sales and marketing events; other tasks assigned from line manager.

For This Role, You Will Need

• College degree or above in science and engineering
• New graduates or 1+ years relevant warehouse and admin experience are preferred.
• Basis understanding of computers and measurement equipment
• Strong situational judgment and communication skills and multi-task capabilities

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

• Warehouse Experience:

Experience working in a warehouse, with an understanding of the processes involved in receiving and shipping goods, packaging, and inventory counting, enabling you to quickly adapt to warehouse tasks.

• Basic Understanding of Computers and Measuring Equipment:

Proficient in basic computer software operations and familiar with measuring equipment, with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
