Job introduction

Play a key role in strengthening the Group's Risk Management Framework by supporting its continuous improvement, embedding effective risk practices, and ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and risk appetite. Working across the three lines of defence, you'll provide insightful risk reporting, oversight and challenge, helping to identify emerging risks, enhance governance, and drive a strong risk management culture across the Group.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Enterprise Risk Specialist you will produce and deliver insightful risk reporting, analysis and management information to support informed decision making at senior leadership, Executive and Board level.

Your key responsibilities will also include

• Support and enhance the Group Risk Management Framework, ensuring effective and consistent risk management practices across the business.

• Produce high quality risk reporting, management information and insights to support decision making and risk governance.
• -
• Act as a trusted risk partner, building strong stakeholder relationships and providing expert guidance, challenge and support.
• -
• Identify and assess emerging and thematic risks, using data and analysis to inform recommendations and drive positive outcomes.
• -
• Leverage risk systems, data and technology to improve reporting, automation, efficiency and overall risk management capability.

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have

• -
• Experience within Risk, Compliance, Audit or a similar function in a regulated financial services environment.
• -
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks, governance, risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• -
• Proven ability to produce high quality risk reporting and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• -
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to provide effective challenge across all levels.
• -
• Experience supporting the development, embedding and continuous improvement of risk frameworks, methodologies and best practices.
• -
• Proficiency in using risk data, reporting tools and technology to enhance insight, efficiency and decision-making.
