Senior Production Warehouse Inventory

Responsibilities : Ensure smooth workflow within the material warehouse area. Organize and supervise the PWI team to work in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures. Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely inbound and outbound goods management, including quality and quantity inspections. Ensure material storage in the material warehouse area is neatly organized. Ensure consistency between system data and physical material stock in the warehouse. Conduct monthly stock takes (monthly stock opname). Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve operational issues. Requirements : Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields. Minimum 4 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. Experienced in using and assisting with the development of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong communication and analytical skills. Proven ability to effectively and efficiently lead and manage a warehouse team of at least 20 operators. Willing to work from our factory located in Subang, West Java.
