Here’s the difference you’ll make The Operations Staff is responsible for the timely and accurate processing, validation, monitoring, and safekeeping of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to support billing and liquidation requirements. The role coordinates with On-Site Representatives, Documentation, Customer Service, and other concerned parties to ensure complete and properly accomplished PODs, timely resolution of discrepancies, and accurate updating of relevant transactions in the system What you’ll do Responsible for encoding, validating, and processing PODs. Sends updates on PODs. Coordinates with On-Site Representatives regarding all PODs. Monitors the timely submission of all PODs. Routes the messenger for the liquidation of PODs. Ensures that all PODs are properly filled out and signed. Updates and reminds On-Site Representatives of all billing requirements. Ensures that all liquidation PODs are returned to the Documentation Department as soon as possible. Coordinates with the Documentation Department and Customer Service regarding all problematic PODs. Updates Zealit for reefer van and ISO tank transactions. You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background Must be a college graduate of any course. A technical background is an advantage. Professional Experience At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same industry.
