Senior Engineer-Java Developer

Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer to design, develop, and optimize our data infrastructure and pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java development on Cloud environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and support Java-based applications and services • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data integration solutions • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps • Deploy and support applications on Azure and ARO platforms • Develop and optimize data processing solutions using Azure Databricks • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices • Drive projects independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams Required Qualifications • 3-6 years of experience in Java development • 3-6 years of experience in SQL development and database design • Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications • Hands-on experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Azure cloud services • Experience with Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD implementation and deployment processes • Experience with Azure Databricks • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Experience with Git-based source control systems • Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture • Experience with REST API development and integration • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift • Experience with cloud-native application development • Financial services or risk management domain knowledge is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions Disclaimer: The following job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
