Summary

Are you passionate about leveraging technology and data to enhance learning, improve operational efficiency, and support the development of healthcare professionals? Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Clinical Education Technology & Data Analyst to support our Clinical Education team through data analytics, learning technology administration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as a key resource for educational data management, learning platforms, reporting solutions, and technology optimization. Your work will directly contribute to the success of clinical training programs, workforce development initiatives, and organizational learning strategies across Presbyterian.

In this role, you will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to support the professional development needs of staff, residency, fellowship, and student programs across the Presbyterian Healthcare Services enterprise. You will provide expertise in data management and reporting, e-learning administration, project coordination, application support, and research, helping to drive impactful educational initiatives and support workforce development outcomes.

Responsibilities

Data Analyst

• Conducts data gathering, reporting and analysis of complex outcomes and processes data to assist in identifying needs for target audiences
• Creates optimal, budget-conscious tracking, and reporting workflows to achieve performance objectives
• Drives the implementation of projects and tracking key data points in collaboration with management and team members
• Builds the collection, analysis, and reports to provide to the CPDS and CPDS Residency teams and management on the educational program effectiveness
• Incorporates best practices for data cleaning, data mining, and visualization and reporting techniques
• Incorporates informatics and data tracking systems into daily work with team and clinical staff

Performance evaluator for Clinical Education scope of services and Nursing Residency/Fellowship Programs

Assist CPDS and CPDS Residency teams to build and implement Levels 1 through 3 evaluation tools to measure satisfaction, learning, and transfer to performance based upon performance objectives

Partners with management to assess project performance gaps and make suggestions for remediation action plans

Project Coordination

• Provides exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of the customer , students, management, staff, nurse residents, fellows, and or clinical contractors)
• Independently leads projects assigned
• Incorporates best practice standards in reporting to better inform management and leadership

Consultant / Collaborator

• Works and mentors team members within Clinical Education team to accelerate performance
• Initiates and/or supports changes in practice through project tracking, e-learning development, educational technology, and applications
• Work with CPDS on support for nursing, allied health, and nurse residency programs
• Precepts new team members to the role may also train new preceptors

Applications

• Works independently in creating and troubleshooting e-learning applications assigned
• Integrates evidence based data to create e learning content
• Works independently by creating and supporting web based applications used to support staff, residents, students, and leadership

Researcher

Incorporates project coordination and e-learning best practices and standards into work

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required in healthcare operations, analytics, e-learning development, instructional design, business management, and/or information technology.

6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree. 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, analytics, e-learning development, academic coordination, and or information technology.
