DescriptionSummary:

Supervisors play a critical role in the success of each event. Supervisors oversee and work along with a team of laborers who install/dismantle pipe/drape, tables, chairs, carpet, displays, signs, and other equipment as requested by the customer for trade shows, expos, festivals, and other special events. Supervisors are responsible for crew safety, meeting strict deadlines, transportation and care of equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to both customers and vendors.

Essential Functions:

Supervises work crew and prioritizes work assignments
Reads, comprehends, and follows floorplans, material lists, and applies necessary timelines
Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes
Works with client to ensure show is decorated and set up as planned
Ensures that all safety protocols are followed
Complies with all company policies and procedures, including crewmember discipline and documentation
Reports timeclock adjustments as needed to payroll administrator
May drive loaded vehicle to/from shows
Attends staff meetings as required

Proficient in utilizing a phone to respond to company-related texts, calls, and emails as well as utilizing a phone app to accurately clock in/out
Ability to utilize and understand current scheduling methods (electronic or printed)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software required by Art Craft Display to perform job duties and record time.

REQUIRED TRAINING: You must certify

Within 90 days, you will be trained to be certified in Forklift and Aerial Lifts.
