Assessment Analyst

DescriptionPosition Title: Assessment Analyst

Location: MacDill AFB, FL.

Clearance required: SECRET clearance minimum, with eligibility for TS/SCI

Scope of Work: Provides Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation services for CCPA, analyzing CENTCOM media and social media interactions to inform and refine communication strategies.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Conduct data analysis using statistical and qualitative methods to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement assessment strategies, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with operational goals.
Use assessment tools such as surveys, questionnaires, and evaluation protocols to collect valid and reliable data.
Collaborate with program managers, decision makers, and DoW stakeholders to present findings and implement improvements.
Provide timely, actionable feedback to CENTCOM leadership to support process adjustments.
Provide real-time analytical support during crises or emergent events.

Qualifications

Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI
U.S. citizenship; fluent English
Minimum five (5) years of experience in assessment, data analysis, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in assessment methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis techniques
Familiarity with OSD Policy-issued AM&E guidance, templates, and frameworks
Proven ability to present data in clear, actionable formats with recommendations for improvement
