Major Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative.

$19.00 per hour

Manage calls for Customer Service/Sales department
Manage relationship of our customer base
Meet daily and weekly sales calls and goals
Meet customers, when requested
Other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

Normal office environment
Must be willing to work on Sundays

QualificationsMinimum Experience and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
Excellent communications skills
Strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to follow processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
Strong decision-making skills

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

One (1) year of experience
Experience with Retalix, Extend Data, Ibright GPS Tracking system a plus
