About The Role

  • 1、承担国内外客户项目，负责项目全流程管理，包括但不限于提供研究方案，商务报价合同、会议演示、项目推进以及日常沟通等；
  • 2、根据项目和市场需要，建立/优化具有良好市场需求的体外肿瘤学转化检测方法和技术平台；
  • 3、与团队领导密切合作，服从管理，切实担负起直属人员及基层员工的培训及监督等管理职责，支持团队的良好运作；
  • 1、具有细胞生物学相关学科博士学历，或硕士具备3年以上工业界工作经验。
  • 2、拥有扎实的科学培训背景以及对于多种学科（特别是肿瘤学）的良好理解。具备独立文献调研汇总能力。具备丰富的体外检测开发和数据分析经验，可以独立从零开始，开发实验方法，承担项目。
  • 3、对于细胞生物学具有深入了解，对于新技术具备理解能力以及追求的热情。
  • 4、优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力是必不可少的必要条件。
  • 5、能够在一个大型团队中工作，善于沟通并且团队分工协作。
