Scrum Master, Consultant

Your Role

As a Scrum Master at Stellarus, you'll play a critical role in accelerating the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions by empowering Agile teams to do their best work. Serving as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader, you'll help teams embrace Lean-Agile practices, remove obstacles, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. By enabling high-performing teams to deliver value faster and more effectively, you'll directly contribute to Stellarus' mission of transforming the healthcare experience through technology and data-driven solutions.

Your Work

In this role, you will

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams and products within a platform or business area.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, Release Management, and leadership.
• -
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments across multiple teams.
• -
• Establish delivery governance, planning processes, and reporting mechanisms that improve execution and transparency.
• -
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile practices, flow optimization, and outcome-based delivery.
• -
• Drive continuous planning activities and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• -
• Analyze delivery metrics and implement improvements that increase predictability, quality, and flow.
• -
• Promote DevOps practices, automation, operational excellence, and engineering maturity.
• -
• Facilitate resolution of cross-team impediments and organizational challenges.
• -
• Influence broader adoption of Agile and Lean ways of working across the organization.

Your Knowledge and Experience

Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or delivery leader.

Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Agile teams or large-scale initiatives.

Advanced knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery approaches.

Experience managing cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and stakeholder communication.

Demonstrated use of flow metrics and delivery analytics to improve outcomes.

Experience coaching Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders.

Strong facilitation, influence, and organizational change management skills.

Experience in technology, platform engineering, DevOps, or product organizations.

Required certification: PSM II, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICAgile, SAFe, or equivalent
