About the role

This is a full-cycle recruiting role covering hiring across Product, R&D and GTM roles. You'll own searches end to end, from defining the role with a hiring manager through sourcing, screening and offer, working across every function we hire for rather than one specialty.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process across Product, R&D and GTM roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes
• Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals and networks
• Manage the candidate experience from first conversation through offer
• Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve our process
• Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company grows

What we are looking for

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting at high-growth tech startups with global recruitment experience
• International recruiting experience across Product, Technical and GTM roles, with strong English communication skills
• Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly in a fast paced recruiting environment
• Familiarity with recruiting software - ATS and AI sourcing tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Metaview, Linkedin Recruiter).
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English.
