Private Banking Business Analyst at VAM Systems — Qatar

About The Role

We are currently looking for Private Banking Business Analyst for our Qatar operations

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, Banking Transformation, or related domains, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
Experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, client analytics, wealth management initiatives, and digital transformation projects within the banking sector.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
Personal integrity and self-management.
Planning, organising, and analytical ability.
Results oriented.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), user stories, process modelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, Portfolio Advisory, and Digital Wealth capabilities.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, business performance measurement, and translating business needs into practical solutions and recommendations.
