<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dremio is looking for a highly capable and energized Technical Release Manager to help us build world class experiences for our customers. In this role you will have the opportunity to define and drive release processes that span across all aspects of the company. You will work closely with Development, Product and Customer Support teams to execute on the product release strategy. You will lead the release and launch activities related to our software product, and collaborate with leaders across the organization via exceptional written and verbal skills.</span></p>
<h3><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive quarterly feature release activities and monthly updates</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define and drive best practices and consistency in the release process</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure product releases are on schedule and meet quality standards</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify and manage dependencies across matrixed teams</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate release progress status to the company and drive issues to closure</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate closely with Customer Support to assure that our customer satisfaction is high</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">3+ years of experience in software release management or equivalent</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with enterprise level software development management tools</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and presentation skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent cross-group/cross-discipline skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Industry experience delivering software services at scale</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong></h3>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with agile methodologies and processes</span></li>
