This role requires a strong balance of process governance, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and operational leadership. What you will do

  • Govern and manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards, customer requirements, and operational policies.
  • Review, assess, and approve change requests by evaluating business impact, technical risk, implementation plans, and rollback strategies.
  • Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, facilitating discussions and securing appropriate approvals for planned changes.
  • Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, security, and delivery teams to ensure successful planning and execution of changes.
  • Monitor change performance metrics, success rates, failed changes, and compliance trends, driving corrective actions and service improvements.
  • Manage high-risk and major changes, ensuring appropriate stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and executive visibility where required.
  • Maintain accurate change records, governance documentation, audit evidence, and reporting to support compliance and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve change processes, automation, governance controls, and stakeholder engagement to enhance service stability and efficiency.
