About The Role

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize campaigns acrossSearch, Display, and Social platformsto maximize ROI
Analyze campaign and website data to generateactionable insights and recommendations
Monitor performance against KPIs and implementdata-driven optimizations
Conductmarket research and competitor analysisto identify opportunities
Scale campaigns to improvereach, exposure, and efficiency
Work closely with internal teams to ensureintegrated execution and accurate reporting
Prepareperformance reports and client-facing presentations

Requirements

1–2 years’ experience indigital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social)
Strong understanding ofPerformance Marketing / eCommerce
Hands-on experience with platforms such asGoogle Ads, Meta, or programmatic toolsis an advantage
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
Goodclient-facing and communication skills
Proactive and able to work in afast-paced agency environment
Fluent inEnglish and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
