JOB PURPOSE Support CoE Head contracts in framing supply contracts. Support Sr. team members in Process Standardization, Knowledge Management & Risk Management activities for Procurement function. ORGANISATION CHART Contracts --> Analyst – CoE Contracts --> Reports To --> Position Title KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Support in Contracts drafting, negotiation & finalization for Procurement function Adherence to timelines as per SOP Analytical and data support to Category managers and Buyers, representations to government on various contractual aspects Feedback Support Standardization / re-standardization of existing contract templates Extent of risk mitigation Research, MIS, knowledge sharing, BE Brigade Adherence to timelines as per SOP KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details • Implement life cycle costing in Procurement Process • Implementation of processes in procurement operation for Sustainability and risk management • Understand the core issues of ESG and implement sustainable solutions for team members • Assist in ensuring compliance with environment protection, Water conservation and climate change. • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Management system HSMS, energy Management, understanding of basics of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001 and Auditing.
