What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop the maintenance team to drive safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Optimize equipment performance by analyzing downtime trends and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor/contractor relationships to support operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong safety culture.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals in a heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mobile equipment maintenance practices.
- Proven capability to drive equipment reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Effective planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
- Requires frequent walking, climbing, standing, and engagement with production and maintenance teams throughout the facility.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided in accordance with company standards.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally

- Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
