About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Job Responsibilities

• 1.Be responsible for the daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
• 2.Assist in inventory counting and stock record maintenance, ensuring consistency between system data and physical inventory, and report discrepancies promptly.
• 3.Assist in operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including data entry, order processing, and maintaining inbound and outbound records to ensure data accuracy.
• 4.Support warehouse supervisors with on-site coordination and follow up on operational issues such as order exceptions, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods.
• 5.Assist in maintaining warehouse 5S standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• 6.Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor based on operational needs.

Job Requirements

1,Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, quality management, or a related field;

2, Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and warehouse safety regulations.

3, Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in products and processes.

4, Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.

5, Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and cross-functional departments.

6, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.

7, Chinese and English language skills are a plus.
