Senior Manager, Innovation and Technology Management

As the Senior Manager of Innovation and Technology Management, you will define and lead a unified digital experience across all Schneider Electric products. You will be responsible for the vision, governance, evolution, and adoption of Quartz, Schneider Electric's Design System. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration across various teams.

• Defining and leading the vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Quartz, Schneider Electric's Design System.
• Ensuring the consistency, quality, and scalability of the Design System, including leading the Design System's interface and front-end component strategy.
• Owning and promoting Quartz's product vision, positioning, and adoption strategy, including defining prioritization models based on user needs and business value.
