AI Mobile Engineer (IOS)

Join our team as an AI Mobile Engineer (IOS) and take on a senior technical implementation role. You will lead the design and delivery of production-grade agent solutions, translating architecture designs into robust and reliable implementations. You will also provide technical mentorship and leadership to less experienced engineers on the squad. Your responsibilities will include overseeing agent development, integrations, and workflow design, as well as driving continuous improvement of engineering practices and code quality.

• Lead the technical implementation of agent solutions, overseeing development, integrations, and workflow design from design through production.
• Set engineering standards and best practices for the squad, establishing code quality expectations and review standards.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Agent Engineers, helping them grow their skills and capabilities.

• 3–5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade native IOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience integrating AI-powered, conversational, or chat-based capabilities into native mobile experiences
• Strong experience in integrating mobile applications with backend services, APIs, SDKs, and real-time communication technologies
• Experience delivering secure applications in financial services or another regulated industry, including authentication, authorization, confirmations, and sensitive user actions
• Demonstrated cross-functional ownership across mobile and backend teams, supported by strong engineering practices such as automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and App Store deployment
