Senior Manager of Managed Programs

• Lead cross-functional programs and manage a team of program and project managers to deliver business-critical initiatives.
• Drive alignment across teams, ensure execution against strategic priorities, and scale program delivery practices through operational excellence and leadership.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define program goals, timelines, success metrics, and dependencies.

• ​Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred
• ​Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)
• ​Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• ​Experience in SaaS, tech, or enterprise project delivery preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management
• ​Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
• ​3+ years of experience in people management or leading large-scale initiatives
