About The Role

🦷 Pediatric Dentist or Pediatric-Focused General Dentist
Relocate to Reno, Nevada
Relocation Assistance Available | Established Patient Base | Growing Schedule | Built-In Orthodontics | 100% Dentist-Owned
🏔 Looking for a Reason to Make the Move to Reno?
If you've been thinking about relocating to Northern Nevada for a better combination of
career opportunity, lifestyle, earning potential, and long-term quality of life
, we'd love to talk.
Our confidential,
100% dentist-owned private group practice
is actively recruiting a
Pediatric Dentist—or an experienced General Dentist with a strong pediatric focus—to relocate to Reno, Nevada
and become a long-term member of our growing pediatric team.
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and dentists from outside Nevada are strongly encouraged to apply.
This isn't a situation where you'll relocate and then be expected to build a patient base from scratch.
You'll step into an
established children's practice with existing patient demand, an experienced support team, integrated orthodontics, strong systems, and significant room for continued growth.
Whether you're completing pediatric residency, currently practicing in another state, or simply ready for a change, this is an opportunity to build both your
career and your life in Northern Nevada.
⭐ Why This Opportunity Is Worth Relocating For
✈️ Relocation Assistance Available

relocation assistance to help make the transition to Reno easier.
We are actively interested in candidates currently living throughout:
California
Oregon
Washington
Arizona
Utah
Colorado
Texas
The Mountain West
And nationwide
You do not need to already live in Nevada to be considered.
We're looking for the right long-term doctor—not simply the closest available candidate.
🦷 Step Into an Established Patient Base
You won't be moving across the country to open a schedule and hope patients eventually arrive.
This is an established pediatric practice offering:
Existing pediatric patient demand
Strong community reputation
Consistent new and returning patient flow
Experienced clinical and administrative support
Established systems and workflows
Family-focused practice environment
Significant opportunity to expand the pediatric program
The goal is for the incoming doctor to
step into an existing platform and grow from there.
📈 Start Part-Time — Grow Into a Larger Long-Term Role
The position currently begins at approximately:
2 clinical days per week
Approximately 8 clinical days per month
9-hour clinical days
Established patient demand
Opportunity to add additional days as the program grows
This is not intended to remain a limited two-day opportunity indefinitely.
The organization is actively growing its pediatric and specialty programs and is seeking a doctor who wants to
relocate to Reno, establish roots in the community, and grow alongside the practice.
💰 Compensation & Earning Potential
Pediatric Dentist
30% of collections, including imaging and nitrous
Economically equivalent to approximately
35–37% of total collections
$1,200 daily guarantee
Pediatric-Focused General Dentist
30% of collections
$1,000 daily guarantee
Long-Term Earnings Potential
As the clinical schedule expands, the opportunity has the potential to support approximately:
$230,400–$460,800+ in annualized earnings
, depending on clinical schedule, collections, production, and scope of practice.
The practice provides the patient base and infrastructure; the opportunity is designed to grow alongside the incoming doctor's availability and productivity.
👨‍👩‍👧 Built-In Orthodontic Support
The practice also has an integrated orthodontic program, creating additional continuity of care for children and families.
Benefits include:
Existing orthodontic services
Collaborative specialty relationships
Internal coordination of patient care
Greater continuity for families
Experienced team members accustomed to pediatric patients
Ability to keep more care within the practice
🤝 Join a Dentist-Owned Organization
If you're considering relocating,
who you're moving to work for matters just as much as where you're moving.
This organization is:
100% dentist-owned and dentist-led
No private equity ownership
No traditional corporate bureaucracy
Clinically autonomous
Provider-focused
Collaborative
Built around long-term doctor relationships
You'll receive the operational support of an established group while maintaining the clinical independence and culture associated with private practice.
🦷 Clinical Environment
You'll join a:
Modern, well-established pediatric practice
Strong clinical support team
Experienced administrative staff
Consistent patient environment
Family-focused practice culture
Collaborative doctor team
Growing specialty platform
