AVP, Credit Approval, Consumer Banking, Risk Management Group

1. Serve as Credit Risk Manager (CRM) and main responsibility is to review daily WM Lending products' (Lombard Lending, Direct Access Lending, Premium Financing, Insurance Policy Lending, TW Share backed Lending, Trust Lending) applications. Also, review secured (ie. Mortgage Loan) and unsecured products' (ie Credit card, Personal loan etc) non STP/deviation applications as well as review exisiting customer's criteria change applications
2. Post approval quality review/quality check for approved applications including Secured and Unsecured products
3. Support business initiatives/process enhancement projects (ex: improve customer journey and employee journey) and ad-hoc project/program when necessary
4. Prepare user requirements (including user interface/process design) or testing cases as well as conduct system testing when system project/enhancement needs
5. Review team process effectiveness and provide solution for improvement

6)Fluent in English written and sound communition skills with Regional/counterparties upon necessary

• Highly analytical ability with problem-solving skills
