About The Role
Seeking a Lead Operations Training Coordinator to develop and maintain training programs for manual visual inspection operations in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role includes training and certifying operators, coordinating onsite classes, maintaining training records, supporting documentation compliance, and collaborating across teams at the Greenville, NC site on the 6pm–2am Sunday–Thursday shift.
