Meet the production standards meeting the safety, quality and time requirements in adherence to the manufacturing procedures in the different manufacturing work stations, rework, warehouse, shipping and product and material sorting if required
Perform the autonomus preventive maintenance of the machinery such as: lubrication, cleaning, minor adjustments etc. according to the program established by the maintenace department as well as detecting and correcting simple problems
Make quality verifications/inspections of the product characteristics according to the work instructions/PMAPs
Perform set ups of equipment in case of a model change or to start any process as required
Train him/herself in the manufacturing procedures and their modifications, and to train other personnel in operations where he is certified.
Take the courses according to the company training and certification plans This courses are regarding: safety, quality and productivitity
Get trainned in dfferent manufacturing operations according to the coordinator direction and to the production demand. This is in order to have a high flexibility to be able to meet the demand in normal shift times or with a minmum overtime.
